Guideline for Registration

For completing registration, use same user ID and password that was used in your initial submission using following link.

Important Information about registration:

• Each paper must be registered by at least one author and presented for the inclusion at the proceeding.

• Authors should pay registration fees according to the information at the following table.

• Note that above registration fees are for one paper. For each additional paper, authors have to pay 50% of the total fees of his category as mentioned at the above table.

• If more than one authors of a paper want to participate at ECCE 2017, each of them needs to perform registration by paying full registration fee as mentioned at the table above. They can use the proconf system for registration. They have to register by selecting participants menu. They will get full benefits for their registrations.

• A person who have no paper but still want to participate, needs to pay full registration fee as shown at the table above. They will get full benefits of the registration. They also have to use the participants menu from proconf

• Authors need to provide proper proof (when necessary) for their IEEE memberships and studentships. For a studentship proof, a recommendation letter from the head of the department or a valid student ID is necessary. They need to upload the proofs (when necessary).

• Author should fill all necessary information from their author console and upload their payment proof separately using registration menu at their Author Console. Please write paper ID(s) at the payment slip before uploading it. Also, use your paper ID for naming the payment slip.

• Each registration will cover a registration kit (bag, conference CD / pen drive, souvenir etc.), lunches during the conference, a gala dinner, tea, coffee and snacks during the conference.

Important note about payment:

• You can use BEFTN to send your registration fees from any bank without any charge. In this case you have to use routing no as mentioned above.
