Instruction for Camera Ready Submission

For camera ready submission, use same user ID and password that was used in your initial submission at the following URL.

http://proconf.org/conferences/ecce-2017/author/login.php

If you have received an acceptance email from the TPC, please use the author instructions to prepare your final camera ready paper.

In addition, you are requested to carefully check the contents of your paper to ensure that similarity of the contents of your paper is not more than 30% with other. Otherwise, your paper may not be included in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.  

You need to follow the following five (5) steps for your camera ready submission.

Step 1: Preparation of Camera Ready Paper

1. Please revise your paper according to reviewers’ comments (if any).
2. Please ensure that similarity of the contents of your paper is not more than 30% with other.
3. Please add appropriate copyright clearance code notice on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the following guidelines:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:

     U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:

     978-1-5090-5627-9/17/$31.00 ©2017 Crown

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:

    978-1-5090-5627-9/17/$31.00 ©2017 European Union

• For all other papers the copyright notice is:

    978-1-5090-5627-9/17/$31.00 ©2017 IEEE

4. According to reviewers’ comments and suggestions, please prepare review response in a separate sheet.

Step 2: Check IEEE PDF Compliance

IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Checkfunction).

1. Go to IEEE PDF eXpress Website at http://www.pdf-express.org/plus/.

First-time users:

a.      Click (" New Users-Click Here") b.      Enter Conference ID (40033XP), your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted. c.      Check that the contact information is still valid, and click "Submit".

Previous users, but for a new conference:

a.      Enter Conference ID (40033XP), your email address, and enter the password you used for your old account.  b.      When you click "Login", you'll receive an error saying you need to set up an account. Simply click "Continue". By entering your previously used email address and password combination, you will enable your old account for access to this new conference.  c.      You will receive online and email confirmation of successful account setup.

2. Login" by entering the Conference ID (40033XP), email address and password.
3. For each conference paper, click "Create New Title". 
4. Enter identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required) 
5. Click "Submit PDF for Checking" or "Submit Source Files for Conversion" 
6. Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click 

(For LaTeX users, create a zip file that includes dvi and your eps figure files all together, and then upload the zip file for the system to convert into a compliant PDF file. 
For MSWord users, upload the Word file and let it convert and return a compliant PDF file).

Step 3: IEEE Copyright Form

You should read careful about the following things:

1. Submit copyright form for each paper - separately. 
2. Corresponding author / Responsible author/ co-author should do it. 
3. You must inform ALL co-authors [if any] about this copyright form. 
4. The title / authors in the copyright form must match exactly with camera-ready submission. 
5. Author needs to follow the step by step to fill IEEE copyright Form.
6. Download a copy of the copyright form. It will also be emailed to your email address. 
7. Upload it through author console in Author Console.

8. Go to Author Console  for submitting your copyright form. It is highly recommended to fill online copyright form to make the processing task easier. In general manual copyright form will not be accepted.  You do not need to send the copyright form to the committee - just submit it through Author Console.

Step 4: To Make zip file

A camera-ready submission file is uploaded as a zip file containing the following:

1. A copy of the compliance message from PDF eXpress. 
2. The PDF eXpress-passed compliant camera-ready copy of your paper. 
3. PDF of IEEE Copyright Form. 
4. Review response in a separate sheet.

• The name of the zip file name is the same as Paper ID you used in your 1st (initial) submission ( for example: 105.zip)]

Step 5: To Upload zip file

1. Submit the ZIP file through Author Console
2. . Remember that you also need to submit copyright form separately through Author Console.

• Note that you do not need to delete previous paper. Please ensure that the abstract of your paper and the information about all authors, their emails, affiliations, etc. at the online system is exactly same as those are mentioned in the paper in PDF. We will use this information for printed conference digest, final program, awards, certificates, etc. and we will not use the information from the PDF for these purpose.
